TheWALL 360's new AI Image Scraping Suite finds, verifies, credits, and resizes your visuals inside the CMS in seconds, not hours.
Every newsroom knows the bottleneck. The story is written, the headline is locked, the editor is waiting, and the whole thing stalls because nobody can find the right picture. Then the second round of questions starts. Is it the right size? Who took it? Can we legally run it? Why isn't it showing up in image search?
We built the answer directly into TheWALL 360.
The new AI Image Suite turns image sourcing from a manual hunt into a single step inside your editorial workflow: search, scrape, verify, credit, translate, crop, and publish without ever leaving your CMS.
1. Search images without leaving the article
Open "Attach Picture," type what you're looking for, choose your source, and the suite returns a full grid of options in seconds. No new tabs. No stock-site logins. No downloads.
Every result arrives already labeled: exact dimensions, file format, file weight, publishing date, license, and photographer credit. Badges like "High resolution" and "Dated" tell your desk at a glance what's usable.
Then narrow it down without starting over:
- Switch between Recommended, Large Images and All Images
- Filter by orientation, minimum width and minimum height
- Filter by source, date, format and file size
- Refine the keyword in place and search again
Preview the image, check its Context on the page it came from, then Import. What used to take twenty minutes of tab-switching now takes one search field.
2. Pull every image out of any URL
Working from a wire story, a source article or a partner publication?
Switch to Get from URL, paste the link, and TheWALL 360 extracts every image on that page into a single gallery each one shown with its dimensions and format, strongest options surfaced first.
One link in. A full gallery out.
3. An SEO review before anything goes live
This is the step most systems skip entirely and nothing is applied until you approve it.
Before an image lands in your article, the suite generates alt text and a caption in both English and Arabic, and shows all four side by side. You choose which version to use with a single click, correct anything that needs correcting, and only then import.
4. Make the image text reusable
A caption that reads "…following a mudslide on Friday" is dead the moment Friday passes. So the suite lets you strip out the parts that age:
- Dates and time references
- Locations
- Event-specific context
- Any other words or phrases you list yourself
5. Credit and copyright, handled at the point of import
The import screen carries dedicated fields for photographer or source credit and copyright or usage status, filled in at the moment the decision is being made rather than chased down after publication.
Just as importantly, the suite flags what it cannot verify. When the copyright status of an image is unknown, it says so on screen and asks you to review the source before publishing. Public domain and Creative Commons material is right there in the results and labeled as such the license is visible before you commit, so attribution and usage terms are a decision, not an oversight.
7. One import, four crops, zero design work
Import once and TheWALL 360 generates the whole set automatically:
- Picture — 600 × 450
- Thumbnail — 600 × 450
- Vertical Thumbnail — 245 × 330
- Square Picture — 480 × 300
Every placement your template needs, sized correctly, from a single upload. And from the same panel you can:
- Apply a watermark and set its position
- Adjust the cropping top position so faces and headlines don't get cut
- Set picture quality, and choose PNG 8-bit or 32-bit output
- Keep the file untouched with "Use original image" no cropping, no resizing, no compression
- Regenerate the full set after any change
Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .png, .gif, .svg, .webp and .avif, up to 8 MB.
Why this matters for your traffic
Alt text isn't optional. It's visibility. An image published without it does not appear in image search at all — and that's traffic you never see and never recover.
TheWALL 360 now writes it for you, on every image, every time, in English and in Arabic. That doubles the discoverable surface of every photo you publish. Combined with correct heading structure, accurate dating and clean credits, your archive stops being a storage folder and starts being a search asset.
One rule we'll always repeat
AI is fast. It is not infallible. Review the generated captions, alt text, and cleaned copy before you publish that is exactly why the review screen exists, and why nothing is applied until you approve it.
The suite is built to make your desk faster. Not to replace the editorial eye that keeps you credible.
